Research Fellow - Liquid Biopsy

Research Fellow for cell-free DNA (cfDNA). One opening, based at the Hyderabad operating office.

You will support cfDNA research at 30M Genomics: careful sample handling, extraction or assay work, and records. This is a research post, not a claim that we sell a clinical cfDNA product today.

What you will do

• Handle cfDNA-relevant samples with the contamination controls the method needs.

• Run extraction, quantification, or targeted assays as assigned, and log yields and failures.

• Help compare methods and keep a lab notebook that another scientist can follow.

• Work with senior scientists on PGx and adjacent genomic programmes where cfDNA evidence is useful.

MSc with a minimum of 1 year of experience in molecular biology, genetics, oncology genomics, or a related laboratory field.

• Lab experience with DNA extraction or PCR/NGS prep; cfDNA experience is useful, not required if you learn the contamination discipline quickly.

• Willingness to follow SOPs and write complete run records.

• Proficient communicative English for methods, SOP, internal notes, research documentation and discussion.

• Expanding into deep research and an interdisciplinary ecosystem.
