Research Fellow - Cell therapeutics

Research Fellow for CAR-T related genomic work. One opening, based at the Hyderabad operating office.

You will support research at the intersection of genomics and CAR-T / cell-therapy science at 30M Genomics. This is a research post in a PGx company building adjacent capability — not a hospital CAR-T manufacturing job.

What you will do

• Run assigned molecular or cell-related assays and keep dated records.

• Help with literature, construct notes, and experimental write-ups under scientific supervision.

• Coordinate samples and data with the wider science team (PGx and pipeline programmes).

• Flag protocol drift, contamination risk, or missing controls as soon as you see them.

MSc with a minimum of 1 year of experience in molecular biology, immunology, cell biology, biotechnology, or a related laboratory field.

• Lab experience with molecular methods; CAR-T or cell-culture experience is useful, not required if you can learn the protocol discipline.

• Willingness to follow SOPs and write complete experimental records.

• Proficient communicative English for methods, SOP, internal notes, research documentation and discussion.

• Expanding into deep research and an interdisciplinary ecosystem.
